years age also join?
- Yes. Children above 12 years can also join, if they do not mind learning along with the children younger than them.

What will be the
role of the parents?
- Parents or guardians will have the primary responsibility towards the children learning and practicing the Shlokas.
- We encourage the parents to attend classes to learn along with the children and teach and the children during non-class timing and support them in practicing on a regular basis.
- The idea is that each household should be the first school and each parent the first set of teachers.
- A teacher’s role is limited to teaching during the classes.
Should children and parents
give commitment for two years?
- Yes. It will be better for the students to learn the entire syllabus in one go from the same teacher and from the same batch of students.
- If that is not possible, children can learn one or more stages, take a break and join the next stages later. You may take decision stage by stage as well, though not recommended.
Should children have
Sanskrit background before learning?

- Knowledge of Sanskrit is not required as children will be taught to read shlokas in transliterated form.
Should children have
musical background before learning?
- No.
- All Shlokas and Stotras are taught in easy tunes which are repetitive. The tunes/raga will be taught during the classes.
